Adarsh Gopinathan, a 188体育平台 Scholar (ICMR-SRF) in the Department of Pharmacology at 188体育平台 College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS), 188体育平台, has been awarded a travel grant under the Science and Engineering 188体育平台 Board (SERB) 188体育平台 Travel Support (ITS) Scheme. This grant will support him in attending the Brain Tumour Conference organized by Cancer 188体育平台 UK in London, UK, from 24 to 26 September 2024. The grant covers the airfare, visa charges, and registration fees for the conference.

At the Brain Tumour Conference, Adarsh will be presenting his research on upregulation of neprilysin via HDAC1 inhibition to treat glioblastoma. Mr. Adarsh is doing his PhD under the guidance of Dr. Anoop Kishore, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacology at MCOPS, MAHE, 188体育平台, and the Co-guide is Dr. K.
